You may cancel your reservation at Sentio Thassos Suites free of charge up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.
If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations made 13–7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or in case of a no-show will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.
In case of unforeseen events (such as flight cancellations, illness, or force majeure), we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. While our standard cancellation terms will apply, we will do our best to assist with rescheduling your stay if availability permits.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation.
